The Systema airsoft company is the absolute top of the line in airsoft guns. This is a widely known fact and it shows in the price you will pay. These guns run nothing but the highest quality internals and externals and are used by many professionals when they need to do force on force training and don’t have either the funds or wishes to use simulated paintball rounds.
I found a “cheap” Systema gun that was going for “only” $995.99. Now when this is the cheap gun in the stable then you have every right to expect nothing but great things from this company. I can happily report that this is what I hear from most of the reviews and videos I see. It says a lot about a company that it is chosen by the pros to train for when real bullets need to go downrange.
I can personally attest to the fact that this training is absolutely priceless and should be utilized any time it is possible. Most of these guns appear to be to be AEG and that is just fine by me. I’ve seen them hovering in the $1,500 dollar range and this is obviously out of the range of all but the most hardcore airsoft players wallets. I truly don’t believe that a gun that expensive is needed by anyone but the people who will trust their lives to the training they get with these guns in their hands. However, if you can afford them they would serve you very well.
I’ve heard reviews from some of the pros that train with these guns and they are saying that it’s identical to their real world carry guns. This is important because if you’re training with a gun you need to be able to put it down and pick up your real weapon and change absolutely nothing about how you run the gun. This is obviously a belief held by the folks that are designing the airsoft guns for Systema.
I’d have to say that if I had all the money in the world to spend on a hobby then I’d carry nothing but Systema rifles. Of course this is just picking the best in a hypothetical situation and since I don’t play the lottery and need my car I don’t think I’ll be buying out any Systema inventories in the near future. But hey, a man can dream.
